Poster Tear-down Time:

Poster Size Dimensions:

Landscape A1 Size posters ~84.1 cm width (= ~33”) x ~59.4 cm height (= ~23.41”).

You are required to be at your poster during the session times listed above.

Poster Supplies:

Please make every attempt to bring your own tape or double-sided velcro to mount your poster as a limited supply will be available.

Poster Instructions:

Title

No more than 15 words.

Authors

Please put the presenting author’s name in bold. Also include the affiliation of where the research was carried out.

You will need to send in an abstract that will be reviewed by our team before your poster is accepted (see abstract rules and guidelines).

Your poster should include:

• The objectives of the investigation

• Experimental methods used

• Essential results (and where appropriate statistics)

• Conclusion

Please use the headings: Objectives:, Methods:, Results: and Conclusion: typed in bold. Please include any Tables, Figures or images where relevant.

Key Words - Please list up to 5 key words that highlight your project.

Registration Information

All presenters must register before 15.06.2017 and pay conference fees. You will be sent an invoice and notification confirming your sequence number, time, presentation and poster placement (the notices will be sent to all presenters at once just after the registration deadline). If you do not register before 15.06.2017 your abstract will be withdrawn from the final Program Book. If you need an invitation letter to get a visa, please let us know ASAP (Edm@european-dental-materials.com).
